Really nice company, the whole process was fast and easy peasy.

Massachusetts wants a car through inspection within a week of registering it, and that inspection is where a car that has lived in Florida can run into trouble, because the two states draw the line on window tint in different places. The trip itself is 1,150 to 1,500 miles up I-95, which takes an estimated three to five days from pickup to delivery, and it’s busiest in May and June, when cars that wintered in Florida head back north.
Window tint is the thing to check. The inspector puts a meter on the glass and fails aftermarket film that reads under 35%, while Florida allows front side windows down to 28% and the back ones darker still, so a car tinted to the Florida limit won’t pass. Massachusetts gives no grace period to register and then only seven days to pass, which leaves little room to sort it out after the car arrives, so if your car has aftermarket film, find out what it reads before it ships, while you can still have it changed at a shop you know. Tint that came from the factory doesn’t count against it.
