Are these reviews real?

Yes. Every review on this page is from a customer we can match to a real order in our records, which is our bar for showing one. They're all on our public Google listing too, so you can read them there yourself. We don't write our own reviews or pay for any, and we don't take a genuine customer's review down for being critical.

How does Sequoia handle a bad review?

If it comes from one of our customers, it stays, and we respond to it. We don't hide honest criticism from someone we shipped for. What we don't post are reviews from names we can't match to a real order, whether they're glowing or critical, because we can't stand behind those as genuine. So every review here is from a real customer.

What if I have a complaint?

Contact us directly and we will sort it out with you. Most issues on a shipment come down to timing or a detail that needs fixing, and the fastest path is a phone call, not a form. You have your driver's number from pickup through delivery, and our line stays open if you need us after the car arrives.
