Most shipments run door to door. If access is tight (narrow streets, low clearance), we will arrange a nearby meeting point.

It is a really professional company, and the service was great, and we also really value the environmental contributions they are doing. Thank you guys!! Will move my car again with you ❤️
Professional service and reasonable price considering they had to winch my car on the trailer.
Really nice company, the whole process was fast and easy peasy.

Maryland and Texas trade people in about equal numbers, close to 10,000 a year each way, and a car making the move spends three to five days on the truck, heading down I-81 west of the Blue Ridge or down I-95 and I-85 toward Atlanta before it turns west. Most of what needs planning sits at the Maryland end, because Maryland wants its plates back and watches the insurance until it gets them.
By certified mail to the MVA’s headquarters in Glen Burnie, or through one of the MVA’s authorized tag and title services, once the car has its Texas plates. The timing matters more than the method, because Maryland fines a car registered there that goes without Maryland insurance, $200 for the first 30 days and $7 a day after that, and suspends the registration as well. So the Maryland policy stays in place until the MVA has the plates in hand, and certified mail is worth the extra cost because it tells you the day they arrived, which is the day the policy can end. If the registration still had more than a year to run, send the MVA’s refund form with the plates, since part of the fee can come back.

Shipping a car from Maryland to Texas takes an estimated 3 to 5 days. The routes run about 1,300 to 1,450 miles, from Frederick to Dallas at the short end to Baltimore to Houston at the long one, and the driver usually has other cars to collect and deliver along the way.
Nothing is charged at booking. The deposit is charged 7 days before your pickup window opens, and the remaining balance is paid to the driver at delivery.
You can cancel for free up to 7 days before pickup. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
The truck waits until the road is safe to drive, and your pickup or delivery date moves with it. We'll confirm the driver's new window with you as soon as the road reopens. Snow on the mountain passes and in the northern states, and hurricanes along the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, are the usual causes.
Wash the car so its condition is easy to record, photograph it from each corner, and leave about a quarter tank of fuel. Take out anything above the 100 pound personal item allowance, and take your toll transponder such as FasTrak, E-ZPass or SunPass off the windshield, because toll gantries can read it while the car rides the truck. Have a working key ready for the driver.
